What program is right for me?

If you are looking for support with implementing healthy habits both Health Coaching and CranioSacral Therapy can support you. If your concern is specific to a prediabetic condition the Prevent T2 Diabetes Prevention Program may be for you. The free 15 minute consult can help us determine what direction would serve you. If you are not local to Northern Utah, health coaching services are still available to you and/or you can be referred out to a CranioSacral Therapist in your area.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is a type of light touch bodywork which addresses the Central Nervous System to release tension and restrictions throughout the body. It helps facilitate proper flow of the cerebral spinal fluid and brings a whole body approach to increase overall function and health.

How can it help me?

CranioSacral Therapy, when properly applied, can help restore function where there is dysfunction, provide stress relief, and address a variety of conditions such as chronic headaches, nerve impingement and other Central Nervous System dysfunctions. If needed we collaborate with other healthcare providers and treatment to address specific conditions.

How many sessions will I need
for my ____ problem?

Most people notice improvement of their condition within two to four sessions. However, every situation is unique and presents different levels of complexity. Together we can develop a plan and assess progress as we go along. You get to choose what you feel is most supportive of you and the best treatment for your condition.
I didn’t feel much, why not? CranioSacral Therapy can be subtle, yet powerful, in its effects. I encourage you to pay attention to any changes as I work with you. Many clients notice a releasing of pressure in the head, deep relaxation, and an increased overall sense of well being.

How come I feel pain in my ___ when I didn’t feel it at the beginning of the session?

Because CranioSacral Therapy is a whole body approach, many conditions, especially chronic ones, may present themselves as the body works to realign itself. The pain you are feeling may be part of realigning. As we work through the process, you will hopefully notice greater overall harmony in your body.
